Our services are delivered through a nurse practitioner based model of care that's simple, fair, and affordable!

UR Health provides same-day or next day appointments. When a client visits our clinic office, they will have our whole undivided attention as we only treat one person at a time for comfort and privacy. A skilled nursing team under the direction of a board certified family nurse practitioner will address your needs and concerns. To guarantee a comfortable visit, clients can select between male and female healthcare professionals. A health assessment, diagnostics, care plan, and prescription coverage are all included in a typical visit.

The majority of services are typically completed in 30 minutes. Services are rendered by appointment only. Certain services must be planned on specific weekdays to ensure the availability of our healthcare practitioner. All appointments must be scheduled at least 30 minutes before closing. UR Health provides self-pay healthcare services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Services can be paid in-clinic or through online invoice.
